GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS OF GANDBWORLD.COM SHOPCONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
The terms of sale expressed below establish(constitute) a legal contract between the customer of the shop and GANDBWORLD.COM who manages all the proposed services. When the customer confirms his order, he implicitly declares to have acquainted and accepted the terms of sale.
When the custumer validates his order on the internet site of GANDBWORLD.COM or by e-mail, he implicitly states to have taken knowledge and accepted the conditions of sale.
1. PRICE
The customer makes a commitment to pay the selling price current at the time of the seizure of his order. All prices are indicated in Swiss francs, Euro or US dollars, according to the preference of the customer. The amount which will be charged by GANDBWORLD.COM includes the price of products, the cost of the registration of the parcel and the freight costs.
Products remain the property of GANDBWORLD.COM until the complete collection of the charged amount.
GANDBWORLD.COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without any advance notice. The orders made before the valuable change will not be influenced and will thus be charged to the exact price indicated during the order.
2. DELIVERY
GANDBWORLD.COM makes a commitment to operate everything to deliver the order for the shortest delays, and it from reception of the order. The possible delays do not give the right to the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to demand damages. GANDBWORLD.COM is released from its obligation of delivery for any coincidence or from force majeure.
The delivery is offered for any order superior to CHF 53.- with address of delivery in Switzerland, (the amount indicated at the time of the confirmation of the order is valid). Any purchase of a lower amount is subjected at the expense of delivery current.
The inscription of the parcel (CHF 1.50) is compulsory to guarantee to the customer and to GANDBWORLD.COM a good traceability of the sendings.
The possible taxes of customs or expenses connected to the import of the goods in the country of residence of the customer are at his expense and will be charged on top by the authority in question. The customer has to make sure that the address which he indicated is sufficient so that the Post office can deliver him its parcel without incident. If a parcel is returned by post for reason of inaccurate or insufficient address, the expenses of return and forwarding will be charged to the customer, as well as treatment expenses.
3. SECURED PAYMENT
GANDBWORLD.COM uses a highly secured platform of payment, guaranteeing the total confidentiality of the banking data of its customers. The information of the customer is coded and directly passed on to the banking operator who manages the authorizations of debit, GANDBWORLD.COM will thus have, at no time, access to these data and declines any relative responsibility.
4. PROTECTION OF THE CONFIDENTIAL DATA
GANDBWORLD.COM makes a commitment to respect a total confidentiality on the identity of its customers and not to sell or to reveal their particulars in third parties, without a prior authorization.
The shippings are made in the respect for the customers, thanks to a neutral and confidential packaging and parcels are solidly sealed.
5. GUARANTEE AND RETURN OF GOODS
GANDBWORLD.COM guarantees its products against the latent defects. In case the customer would notice an imperfection of the support, he has seven days as from the delivery to make it return for GANDBWORLD.COM. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer necessarily has to send the goods at his own expenses. GANDBWORLD.COM then returns, free of charge, a new product, to the indicated address.
GANDBWORLD.COM pays off on no account the returned products but suggests only exchanging them or opening a credit corresponding to the amount of the returned products.
The risks connected on the return to the article, such as deterioration or losses are chargeable to the customer.
It will be exchanged or resumed that only products which can again be proposed in the sale and which were returned to the not opened original packing. Any intimate, worn, used or damaged article is excluded from the right of return, as well as the audiovisual products opened as the DVDs, as well as the batteries.
It is advised not to use more of 20mn in a row, articles working with batteries.
GANDBWORLD.COM does not guarantee batteries delivered in the original packages of certain intimate articles.
The expenses of return or refusal of purchases cash on delivery are chargeable to the customer. An invoice will be sent to him, including the expenses of sending, the expenses of return as well as the expenses of treatment, payable in 30 days. Crossed this delay, GANDBWORLD.COM reserves the right to appeal to a debt colletion agency for the refund(repayment) of its expenses, as well as a fine of CHF 100.-.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES
GANDBWORLD.COM can be considered on no account as person in charge of the sending of products considered illicit in the country of the customer. Photos and texts relative to the description of products are not contractual, it is thus possible to notice light differences of color or packaging. In that case, GANDBWORLD.COM can be considered on no account as person in charge. When the customer confirms his order, he implicitly declares to have acquainted and accepted the terms of sale.
7. DISPUTES AND GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS
GANDBWORLD.COM reserve the right to modify any time the present general conditions, without advance notice.
The Swiss law is only applicable. The for is Geneva.
